Job Description: Sr. Travel Sales Consultant (Spanish Language Expert)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Dealing with Spanish-speaking passengers over calls, assisting them with flight reservations and travel queries.
  • Follow up with existing Spanish-speaking customers.
  • Must have experience in brand/website calls, generic/organic calls, destination-oriented calls, and PPC Campaign calls in Spanish.
  • Generating MCO or Mark up to meet monthly targets.
  • Responsible for following up on sales leads/calls and providing passengers with the best flight deals in the industry, in Spanish.
  • Knowledge of GDS (Amadeus) is required, with ability to handle Spanish language bookings and client interactions.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, fluent in Spanish.
  • More than 1 year of experience in the international travel process, specifically handling Spanish-speaking markets.
  • Enthusiastic with a strong desire to perform.
  • Flexibility to work in a 24/7/365 working environment.
  • Candidates with work experience in the US Market or Spanish-speaking regions preferred.
