Job Description: Sr. Travel Sales Consultant (Portuguese Language Expert)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Interacting with Portuguese-speaking passengers via calls, assisting them with flight reservations and travel-related queries.
  • Following up with existing Portuguese-speaking customers to ensure excellent service and encourage loyalty.
  • Experience in handling brand/website calls, organic/generic inquiries, destination-specific questions, and PPC campaign calls in Portuguese.
  • Achieving sales targets through effective lead conversion, generating MCO or Mark up.
  • Managing sales leads and calls, offering the best flight deals industry-wide, all in Portuguese.
  • Knowledge of GDS systems (such as Amadeus) is essential, with the ability to process bookings and communicate fluently in Portuguese.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in Portuguese.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in the international travel industry, with specific experience in the Portuguese-speaking markets preferred.
  • Enthusiastic, motivated, and target-oriented with a desire to excel.
  • Flexibility to work in a 24/7/365 environment, including shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • Prior experience working with Portuguese-speaking customers or in a multilingual setting is a plus.
