Job Description: Sr. Travel Sales Consultant (Polish Language Expert)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Communicating with Polish-speaking passengers via calls to assist with flight reservations and travel inquiries.
  • Following up with existing Polish-speaking clients to ensure high satisfaction and foster repeat business.
  • Experience in handling brand/website calls, organic/inorganic inquiries, destination-specific questions, and PPC campaign calls in Polish.
  • Achieving sales targets by generating MCO or Mark up through effective customer engagement and consultation.
  • Managing sales leads and calls, providing the best flight deals available in the industry, all in Polish.
  • Proficiency with GDS systems (such as Amadeus) is required, with the capability to process bookings and communicate fluently in Polish.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in Polish.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in the international travel industry, particularly with the Polish market.
  • Enthusiastic, target-driven, and eager to perform.
  • Flexibility to work in a 24/7/365 environment, including shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • Prior experience working with Polish-speaking clients or in multilingual environments is a plus.
