  • Proven experience in international travel sales, customer service, and client engagement, with a focus on the Italian-speaking market.
  • Experience in B2C and B2B travel sales, including flight, hotel, and holiday package bookings.
  • Knowledge of GDS platforms such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo, and extensive experience in managing Italian language bookings.
  • Ability to generate leads, follow up on sales opportunities, and close deals effectively to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of destination knowledge, travel industry trends, and delivering customized travel packages for Italian clients.
  • Fluency in written and spoken Italian, with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working in travel, tourism, or edtech sectors is an added advantage, especially for roles involving industry-specific travel solutions.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts, provide exceptional customer service, and build long-lasting relationships.
  • Flexibility to work in a 24/7 environment with shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
  • Skilled in utilizing CRM toolsMS Office, and online communication platforms for daily operations.
  • Passionate about travel, customer satisfaction, and language skills, with a drive to deliver outstanding service to Italian-speaking travelers.
