We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Healthcare Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, allied health staff, and administrative personnel. The recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, source qualified candidates, and ensure a smooth and positive hiring experience.
Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and define job requirements.
Source, screen, and interview candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
Manage full-cycle recruitment including posting jobs, reviewing applications, scheduling interviews, and coordinating offers.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified healthcare professionals for current and future openings.
Ensure compliance with healthcare staffing regulations and credentialing requirements.
Maintain accurate candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Represent the organization professionally in all communications and at recruitment events.
Develop strong relationships with universities, medical colleges, and professional associations.
Monitor market trends and competitor hiring strategies to ensure competitive recruitment practices.
Bachelor’s degree.
1–2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare or medical staffing.
Strong understanding of healthcare job roles, certifications, and credentialing processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with ATS systems and online recruitment tools (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience recruiting for multiple specialties (nursing, allied health, physicians).
